First baby I was sick with hyperemesis until two days after delivery abd lost a total of 83 lbs. During my current pregnancy I'm 23 weeks and I'm still sick with hyperemesis with a loss of 40lbs so far. I hope that you have way better luck than me. ...hopefully things will subside or just stop for you. Hang in there though...it's truly rough but think of the baby...that helps me to get through...just knowing that my all day morning sickness is a good thing for them. My first baby was healthy despite my weightloss and so far this baby is too.

Congrats and I wish you warp speed relief.

I was diagnosed with Hyperemesis at 6 weeks (it's chronic nausea, vomiting and weight loss)...I've had morning, noon and night sickness my entire pregnancy (I'm 39 weeks now ). I lost 32 pounds in the 1st trimester. The only thing that saved me is my Zofran pump which pumps Zofran into my stomach 24 hours a day to control the nausea and vomiting. I'm so grateful for it! So I understand!

Definitely not alone but you're still super early yet and right in the sickness phase. Some women have it the whole way. I did with my daughter but have barely been sick this time around and am 20w tomorrow. Ginger ale made with real ginger, sour candy, crackers usually help though. I've been drinking a ton of ginger ale lately so maybe that's why mine isn't so bad this time. I did have it frequently at the start and it eased up drastically about a week or two ago. Good luck!

I was sick with my first for all 42 weeks! I am 12 weeks now with my second and hope it starts to go away soon.
