anyone ever had a cervical conization?

So I'm 5.5wks with my 2nd child (3rd pregnancy though lost one at 8wks 4 yrs ago) and 2 years ago i had to have a cold cone biopsy done to remove pre cancerous cells. I'm kinda freaking out because i know that the procedure could cause issues with the pregnancy, anyone else have this or LEEP done? And how did it affect your pregnancy?

Apparently it can cause incompetent cervix, cervical stenosis (shortening of the cervix) and miscarriage. I'm still trying to get into an OB because the one who delivered my first and did the biopsy isn't doing OB anymore.

I had that done 10 years ago after my first child. No one ever told me that it could cause issues!? What kind of issues could arise? I'm 17 weeks pregnant with my second child.
