anyone familiar with applying for obamacare?

Ok so we live together are not yet married,have an 8 yr old and one due in January. Im getting ready to lose my job 12/31 and he's been having some health issues doctor have not figured out yet. My daughter had medicaid but something has happened and shes not covered and i cant get an answer from social services, my insurance ends with my job, and he has none. I just dont know what to do. I was gonna try medicaid but i hate dealing with people who act like they dont give a **** if you get help or not but i have to so something. Since were not married and i have been claiming our daughter as dependent, do we apply separate or together? Im not sure how it works.

Yes rock rose is correct. I would for sure get pregnancy medicaid right away and then work things out with your daughter for her medicaid

One of the first questions on the affordable care act deals with whether you're eligible for medicaid.  If you are,  that's where you go  for health insurance.  You start Affordable Care at a certain level of income,  above the medicaid level.
