cramps!!

I am a first time mom, expecting a boy. right now I m 36 weeks and 2 days and since last night I have been having constant cramps. sometimes they can be strong and others not and sometimes they last long and other times they go away. it feels like those cramps when your about to get your period. I don't know if these are Braxton hicks or contractions because I m a ftm. has anyone been through this. uhhhhh its so uncomfortable.

They sound like Braxton Hicks.  But I would say visit a chiropractor and do simple stretches to loosen it up.

I am 38 Weeks and been having cramps every some Weeks for a couple months now. my midwife didn't seem too concerned when I told her about them. I always feel like I have to go to the bathroom while I have them which I usually do. then I make sure I drink some water and lay down. I try and take a nap if I can and that usually helps.

I have been having menstrual like cramps as well and am almost 37 weeks. They come and go, not constant.. hard to really time. At my last appt i mentioned it to my ob and she said if I was able to go back to sleep and I couldn't time them they were most likely braxton hicks. She also had checked me and I hadn't thinned or dilated at all
