I have done that while pregnant and while not pregnant. Usually when I am.not pregnant it always had to do with time. I needed to know exactly what time it was. When I was pregnant I would wake up bawling because I didn't know how to do girls hair. (After I found out we were having a girl) and when I didn't know why I was flipping out knowing the time helped a lot
Sounds like a panic attack. Try and do some diversions activities- going for a walk, take a bath, listen to music, read an article or get a good book going, watch a favorite show or movie, deep breathing. It will pass:)
