Sometimes when I awake im on my stomach, could that harm my baby?

No, some are able to sleep on their stomach for a long time- even throughout their entire pregnancies. Your body and/or baby will let you know when it's time to move and are uncomfortable. If you are truly concerned then try sleeping with a pillow on your side so you won't roll onto your stomach. Good luck and best wishes!

Yes I slept on my side with a pillow under my belly and between my knees. Kept me from rolling on my stomach. Sometimes I woke up on my stomach and got worried but everything was fine. I always felt a little lump when on my stomach and it was annoying.  I think that was what woke me up
