Last night around bed time I noticed my belly was hot to the touch in one spot and I have never experienced this and this morning I am a lil worried because I haven't felt baby move I am 36+4 shouldi be worried
As for the not moving my daughter did this and they told me to drink a soda the caffeine should get the baby moving if no moment after so long than if get it looked at
Try drinking ice water and laying on your side. See if baby starts moving. As to the warm spot, I get cold spots. My dr says it's the changes in blood flow. You may have experienced something similar. Hope this helps.
