I'm up every 2 hours no matter how early or late I.go.to bed

I fall asleep, but then I wake up off and on all night. Usually around 6 I give up and get up.

I hate my sleeping habits!  I wake up too early sometimes and can't fall back asleep. And no coffee to help me thru the day! !!!  Ahhh!!!!

I have to be up early for doctor's appointment and I still cant fall asleep.  How frustrating!  Just tossing and turning in bed.

I usually dont fall asleep till 3. Lol but ill sleep in. The heartburn that starts around 10 keeps me up. Thank god for Netflix, I get really into tv shows
