Thank you ladies for your input!  Another monitor to look into vtech will pass info to my hubby:) thanks!  It takes time deciding, but hopefully we will choose right one!

I have a vtech monitor that has audio and video, it plays lullabies and it has a features that allows me to talk back

I've heard from others who have angelcare that it can freak you out by over ministering. If your child is a sound sleeper and doesn't move for a period of time it will sound alarms. It also adds wires to under your child's mattress... Go onto amazon and read reviews. I got a safe and sound by summer infant. Its got infrared so I can see at night, talk back to baby feature, and a temp monitor for baby's room. Best of all, I got if free with air miles...

OK great!  My husband liked what he researched on the angel care, but he wanted to know if anyone else suggested anything to compare it too!  Thank you:)

Lol I don't have any other suggestion other then angel care! We saved it from out first and are reusing it for this baby!! Its a great monitor

Yea I loved my angel care monitor with my first and will be using It again for this one!

Angelcare has one that has a motion sensor in addition to the sound monitor that you place under the mattress of crib so if baby stops moving or breathing is will let you know. I used it for my first two and I will be purchasing it again for my baby boy.
