Yes I was the same way. What I do now is drink fluids, lay down and tap my belly to see if she taps back or began to move.
I used to panic all the time wen i felt reduced movements after 30 weeks. I got so paranoid i scheduled an appointment the very next day each time i worried. Id make the drive only to be told the babys fine and pretty active, so to ease my anxiety on movement i bought a fetal doppler at home. Wen i dont feel movement i set it up to listen, and there she is heartbeat and movement like finding Nemo. If your angels movements have significantly reduced, its better to be safe and call your doctor. Remember to take note of your babys daily routine, mine is usually active and unactive during specific times of the day. I wish you the best on the doctors visit. :)
If you feel like it's different or bad goto the hospital I went all the time with my 2nd baby wen I got worried usually not a good sign hopefully everything is fine an ill send prayers your way.
