primrose oil question!

I'm 37+wks and I took my first capsule  tonight! After an hour I got the side effect - nausea,  upset stomach and soft stool *sorry TMI*
Did this happen to you? ? Is this normal? ??  What should i do,  should I continue take it orally or should I begin taking it only vaginally? ??
Thanks! !

Evening Primrose Oil is very different from castor oil. There's not enough research on it actually being effective, but nothing I read stated it could be harmful. I would listen to ur body though. If u feel those side affects came after using it for go it orally and try vaginally.

I've been taking it vaginally for passed couple days. Haven't got sick at all. Got some contractions and leg cramps and just lost my plug. I'm 39 weeks tomorrow. I'm SOOO READY ALREADY! Good luck.

I was informed not to take it vag or orally because it's not tested at all in pregnancies and is known to have bad effects (to mom & baby) like castor oil

I have heard a few people say it upset their stomach but it never did for me. I know some women decided to only do them vaginally.
