I have those pains to! but not just from being on my feet all day even from laying on one of my sides to long and its UNBEARABLE to get up! i asked my doctor and he said its just the ligaments around my vagina because i ve alrwady had a baby and theyve stretchex and healed once already so its like reopening a wound . its normal but if its to bad you probably ask yoir doctor and make sure

Same here..I too get these sharp hits at times...m 31+6. I asked my gynaec n she told me dat it's due to standing for a long tym or walking for long
Also gave me meds if the pain is unbearable.

Sounds like the baby is hitting a nerve try repositioning or swaying your hips.... If it hurts  when you urinate you may have an uti that's causing pain down there check with your doctor and please let us know what you find out.

If the pain is constant you may want to lie down and see if it helps but really id call the doctor since youve never delt with this
