You can buy the unisex cloths and diapers wipes sheets stuff like that i got from other people at three months
Buy when you want. Don't worry about others. Either way, you will be prepared. I haven't gotten anything yet. 29+1 ftm.. Plan to start soon however :-) congrats h&h 9mnths mashAllah
So stick with Indies and blankets washcloths things like that. Sounds good I'm having a December baby
You can start when ever you want... I started a little early with my first. I stuck to buying neutral colored/printed items, jammies, onsies, blankets... Then after I found out what I was having then I got the gender related stuff.
no one but you knows if you start your registry online ;)
I know my mom is starting to buy baby cloths too - its the first local grandchild
I'm so happy you guys giving me some answers... I am so new at this and just don't want to do n e thing stupid like ho shopping and people be like why you doing it so early and blah blah yada yada lol thanks guys
We waited until we knew what we were having but if you're having those urges to buy now and not finding out what you are having, you could always start on baby towels, wash cloths, baby shampoo's, grooming kits, medicine kits(Thermometers, etc)...
You'll still have the anatomy scan.... Many call it the gender scan, but since you're not finding out, it's still technically called anatomy.. Where they measure everything and all that... If all is well, go nuts lol
I got a couple of onesies right away - but i'm not getting anything else until much later - atleast 6 months, i might just wait until after the baby shower - see what i still need to get. I'm 12 weeks 5 days - only just told people yesterday that i'm pregnant.
in my family we don't set up the crib until after the baby is born (jewish superstition)
i did start my registry...
I'm not finding out gender either
So since we aren't finding out baby sex do you think I should hold off until like 6 months? I don't want to be weirdo who buys clothes early LOl.
Congratulations and i didn't start until i found out what i was having i didn't want to buy the wrong thing
