Mmhm so much pain I want to go to the hospital

I'm almost 38 weeks in a couple days , & my SPD hurts do bad , I give up ! I want something for my pain . This is ridiculous , theirs no reason I should go through this pain . I never had these issues with my 2 previous pregnancies , taken they was 10 years ago .. my next alt isn't till Tuesday :(  do i need a referral from my Dr for a chiropractor ? Bc I know some of you ladies suggested seeing one .

Most chiropractors dont need referrals to see you so you can just give them a call and find one that takes your insurance... you just want to find one eho is experienced in treating pregnant womenmm. Best of luck to you... it could also help you go into labor with a back adjustment

Ok I had spd 2 at 25 weeks here is what helped me a good back.massge every night before bed also a exercise ball helped also got a belly belt that helped my obgyn told me it's normal also a pelvis massage that helped alot oh and getting on all 4s and stretching that helped 2

I think I may have SPD too and I'm scared.. I have issues walking or even getting dressed and turning over in bed. I'm 25 weeks and haven't had this pain in my previous pregnancies either.. What has your doctor told you?
