hemorroids?

This is kind of a tmi question. This is my second pregnancy and im 33 weeks 1 day. Im pretty sure I have external hemerroids. I noticed it a couple weeks ago and didnt have this with my first pregnancy.  Is there anything you can do for them?

They dont normal go till after u have baby.ive had them since 20wks now im almost 37wks, pain in the butt! The bigger and heavier u get the more strain u put on them. Make sure to eat bran flakes and wholemeal foods also kiwis and plenty of other fruits and veg so u dont get constipated.
