U can also look at hotels or inns, sometimes they have rooms that can get rented out for that. I'm having mine at a holiday Inn express it's a room not to small but not to big. Also I'd say a month to a month and a half before. I'm due sept 20th and mine is planned for aug 10th
Restaurant or church hall ..someones house with space I just had mine in restaurant was awesome I had waiters and I just relaxed and ate lol but definitely recommend do it soon dont wait to long because u get bigger and u hv to return stuff or buy stuff u wanna be ok to walk.gd luck
We did a welcome baby shower after our last was born. It was nice because everyone got to meet baby
I had mine a couple of weeks back. My sis threw it as a surprise. Im now 36 weeks. It was nice because i was getting to a point where things are slowing down and my b/f said that I was looking fed up. Definitely made me better. It was a fab day. I would say the later the better
We're having mine at the local "pick your own" farm they have a pavilion for small events & grills you can use to cook.
Places...someone's house, community center, country club, park...check with your city, they may have other centers to rent out (ours has a senior center you can rent...also churches...
I think 1-2 months before your due date is good. That way you still have energy to get everything ready and go get anything else you need but didn't get. You also don't know if you might deliver early or not, or if complications could arise. I'm due in Jan and my family is planning mine for Oct/Nov to avoid Christmas and because my dr thinks I'll deliver early.
Oh right places lol community center church at someone's home if they have a large enough area.
I think right about 30 weeks is a great time to have it. Plenty of time to get things exchanged if needed. Buy anything you didn't get and still need. And get it all set up in the nursery. :-)
Restaurant, community center, hotels, I had mine June 21st and I'm due July 30th.
I usually do it a month before I'm due this way in case I didn't get everything I need I still have time tobuy it bbefore the baby is born
I personally would wait til the last minute. That way you dont have a bunch of baby stuff just sitting ther piked up. Plus I think the sooner you have your baby shower the longer it feels that your pregnant afterwards. Just make sure you dont plan it too far into your pregnancy or else you might feel too tired or overwhelmed to enjoy it.
