You'll lose weight at the beginning just because of the nausea.. don't worry it will all be gained in time lol.
I'm 10 weeks I'm sick a lot but I eat every couple hours and but have still lots the one lbs I gained it's OK with my first child I was so sick I lots 11lbs b4 I started gain weight and she was fine
I used to eat ritz crackers a lot in my first trimester. I didn't gain my weight til almost the third trimester so don't worry! My ob always says I'm progressing perfectly, and I have definitely been where you were. Just stick it out a little longer :)

I try to eat something even when it doesn't sound good... chicken broth is usually an easy one for me. Not sure if it's true, but I read that eating a pickle helps give you more of an appetite. I might just want to believe that's true though so I have an excuse to eat more pickles... lol.
Try eating plain but carbs your body needs them for energy like potato anything potato is great and fresh fruit is also great good luck

Yep. I lost weight in my first trimester for all 3 pregnancies, similar weight to you too. Then I put on HEAPS in the last 2 trimesters (half my body weight - I put on 25kgs!) Then lost it very quickly from breastfeeding, actually went even lower than previous... My babies really messed with my body!
I lost at the beginning too - about 3kg & gain all back and more around 18-20 weeks. Try to eat something heathly that you can keep down. Unless your doctor worried you shouldn't be.
