27 weeks and very uncomfortable while trying to sleep!?!?

I'm a ftm and I'm a day away from being 27 weeks, I'm carrying super low and at night after a couple hours of laying there my body aches so bad..my back and my legs mainly. Is there anything I can to alleviate the pain? I switch from side to side constantly and have a pillow between my knees but seems to not be helping anymore. Also I am not very big so I'm not sure why I'm experiencing so much pain. Please someone help!!? My son is killing me lol :)

I'm 24 weeks and am pretty uncomfortable also when trying to sleep. I basically do the same thing as you, I have a pillow between my knees but I feel like I need one behind my back so I can kind of just be propped to the left instead of fully laying on my side. I tried just shoving the sheets behind my back to prop me up, and it helped - until my husband rolled over and pulled the sheets from under me lol. Time for another pillow!

Hi there, am also 27wks when is your EDD mine is Dec. 17. I have a very hard time sleeping. I have three pillows and a body pillow I sleep with. I I take one pillow for my head, one I wedge between my back and bed, and the other pillow I put under my belly, and body pillow on top of that so I can wedge that baby bump in there, and put between my legs. Its really a science...lol Dr. also say to sleep on left side helps the blood flow better and its better for the baby. Good luck mama, hope this helps♡
