Protien in urine

just got a call from the doctor stating I have protien in my urine. Ftm, I'm upset, I don't know what to do now. I don't want to harm this little guy I have. How many other moms out there have had this diagnosis and ended up ok and delivered normally with a healthy baby? Stressing!

Protein in urine can mean you are dehydrated too. I almost always have it in.mine when I give a sample because I'm really bad about drinking anything.

I have it too and have had so at least 2 times with my last 3 pregnancys too. All 3 pregnancys were fine, bubs all born around due dates and no preeclampsia. They are watching my urine more closely this time bcos I've had protein in almost every test so they watching cos it can be a sign of preeclampsia but not always. Hope that helps! I did. I have a health baby boy perfectly fine. I delivered at 38wks2days. It was a natural birth. So try not to worry, just follow ur dr instruction to the tee n everything will work out. Good luck!
