real contraction or false alarm??

I'm 34 weeks into my first pregnancy. Today I've been experiencing discomfort & pain at my lower abdomen. Had the pain throughout the day, but they are not consistent. Sometimes 5min, another time is 10 Min or 20 min. the pain usually last for quite a while. Should I be alarmed or see the doc?? I do not have any bleeding nor my water bag burst.

Same boat here I had an obgyn appt, yesterday and asked she said Braxton-Hicks. If the pain increase over time then its contractions,  so just keep timing them, mine actually stay on for quite some time but then they go away. She also told me to drink lots of water. Good luck♡

I just asked my doctor the same thing. I am 34 weeks also. Doctor said that Braxton hicks lasts between 10-20 seconds and real contractions lasts up to 60 seconds and more frequent.

If there's any regularity then yes. But it still would be wise to call in and give them a heads up. Don't be worried, just be proactive :)
