Make your own body butter. They have all different kinds on you tube. Just look up homemade body butter. My sis-in-law made me some for Christmas. It's amazing! Not only was my skin extremely dry, even with drinking plenty of water but I had something like a heat rash on the upper part of my stomach that went away with using it. I just apply it all over right after a shower and my skin stays hydrated until I shower again. No need to re apply!

Oatmeal baths, calamine lotion, cool baths, staying hydrated and moisturized. make sure to mention it to your doctor though, so they can run some blood tests. Pregnant woman can develop a disease called cholestasis.. your liver quits releasing bile & it backs up eventually leaking to your blood stream causing you to itch. It's VERY serious & can cause still birth if not treated or diagnosed. My doctor thought I had it & I've been tested twice but thankfully I do not. Im just really itchy ALL the time.
