Yep. I'm 16 weeks. Flat tummy in am, big fat bloated belly after dinner. Medium after lunch, breakfast goes down ok tho. So frustrating!

This happened to me in my first trimester. All I can tell you is to even lighter meals throughout the day, stay away from fried/greasy foods.

I generally eat Uncle Sam whole wheat and flax seed cereal for breakfast, an organic cinnamon apple sauce a little while later, and I'm already bloated, lol.  It all just depends on the day for me.

I was like that and then I switched my diet. I'm trying to a lot more veggies (anything green) and more fruits. Ever since I've done that I feel a million times better. Just try to fill up on a salad before you eat a meal and see if that helps. And cutting out salt makes a huge difference. Hope that helps mama!

I'm afraid people are going to figure it out because of how bloated I am.  We are waiting to tell most people, but I LOOK pregnant every time I eat.
