The combination of these components can let your Dr know whether or not you are anemic, and if so whether or not its caused by dietary deficiency, acute illness, or chronic illness
I had a gf who lost so much hair she had bald spots so her being brave she shaved her head and can totally rock it. But I'd say it sounds pretty normal I never heard of ferattin though
I was going to say something similar. .. did they check your thyroid? Hair loss is very common with thyroid issues and the hormonal fluctuations of pregnancy can totally mess with your thyroid.
As far as I know they sound pretty normal. Lots of other things can cause hair loss too though such as thyroid disease or low vitamin D
