Confused

I am 29 years old and had unprotected sex during my ovulation.I am on a 28 days regular cycle. My last period was on September 21and this month I am late by 3 days.Over the last few days, I have been experiencing all kind of pregnancy symptoms. Most of the time I am nauseated, my boobs feel heavier and full and very tender to touch. I get mild cramps in my thighs and back and last week my nipples were sore. I took hpt but got a bfn. Am I taking the test too early or my body is playing a trick with me?

Well then I will keep my fingers crossed for you :) if you're typically very regular in your cycle, you are more than likely pregnant.  Keep us in the loop!

Thank you for your reply. As per my calculation, my AF is late by 3 days. Since yesterday my body looks bloated and I have been urinating more frequently. I think I should go for a blood test or wait few more days for the next hpt. Just keeping my fingers crossed.

Most of the time, you don't get obvious pregnancy symptoms until you are at week 6 or 7 of your pregnancy. If your period is always on time though, it is possible that you are, and it might just be too early on to show positive on a test. Give it another 2-3 days then take another test (digital is best) with your morning urine. Or go to your doctor or local pregnancy resource center and take another test there. Are you hoping for a positive?
