Jus be careful, hemroids r common in pregnancy, u wouldn't want to agitate those but u would know if u have them.
I did it and friggin LOVED it!! Hehe.
It won't effect the pregnancy. Just be clean about it. Don't let him go from anus to vag (wouldn't want an infection). Otherwise you're good to go
