Omg just right now. Every time I take a step it hurts. It doesn't happen often but it's been happening today
Walking 20 min a day really helps me . Daily warm not hot baths
A warm bath or hot shower. Try some stretches and walk around. I know it hurts and if the pain gets worse call your dr
