gaining weight

Hey everyone first time mom and I'm a little worried. I'm going to be 5 months in July and I haven't gained any weight I started my pregnancy at 230 now I'm 224 pounds. Is it normal to lose weight instead of gaining weight.

Im 37.1 weeks. I started at 182lbs my first trimester i was so sick i lost 12 lbs. I currently weigh 192lbs and baby is huge i have to get ultra sounds done weekly to measure him. He is currently about 7.5lbs and water and placenta is another 3-4 lbs. So technically i am still under my pre baby weight. My dr just watches my weight and makes sure that even if i am losing weight the baby is still gaining. This is my second pregnancy and during my first i gained 45lbs. Totally different from my first.

I started at 220 and lost a bunch of weight in the beginning. I'm 38+4 weeks now and just gained back up to 220. My mum also lost with all of hers.

Yes it is normal especially if u were over weight when u started. But as long as baby is ok you will be fine.

I lost a lot of weight during my first trimester due to nausea, and out of no where started gaining in my third trimester. As long as your doctor isn't concerned I'm sure your baby is healthy :)

It is normal to lose weight as well as gain. As long as baby is growing normal there is no need for you to worry. It's common with mom's especially with morning sickness.
