breastfeeding???
I have hard time breastfeeding I'm stresing out II'm doing both bottle n brestfeeding but my baby wwon't take my brest I feel cuz its flat what can I do I want to feed my baby the healther way but its hard to brestfeed .....she onle wants bottle I'm ftm any help........
You should also try to find a lactation consultant on you area.
How old is your baby? You might want to stop using the bottle for a while until she can learn to latch on to your breast and get the hang of that then reintrodyce the bottle
You can try a nipple shield. A lot of women use them if they have inverted nipples. This could help.
Have you tried pumping a little while to pull your nipple out then try getting her to latch?
