brushing my teeth

Im 14 weeks and lately I cant brush my teeth without gagging... how do I deal with this any ideas please..

Same here! The whole time I gag. Sometimes even throw up. I have not found a solution, kid toothpaste makes me sick too. So i hurry thru it as fast as i can and then i have to eat crackers or toast or something after to get the taste out

I use a very small amount of toothpaste so it doesn't foam too much. I have the water running and my mouth open over the sink so all the extra spit can just drip out. Tmi sorry but that's what helps me

I had the same problem. I use kids  toothpaste and it helped me.

Lol i normally gag while brushing my teeth but I'm more sensitive when I'm pregnant there's really no fixing it it'll go away once you have the baby
