Your doctor can do a stress test and an ultrasound.   I have had it done when I wasn't feeling her move a lot.  I was leaking amniotic fluid and didn't know it.

Im 31 weeks tomorrow. I feel the sameway lately. It seems my boys kicks are more faint. Ive read everywhere to have a snack or something & lay down calmly. It did help tonight. He isnt tumbling but i do feel him here & there. So im not as worried. Try a few tricks & if u still feel worried about it. Ask ur doctor!

Yes your uterus is becoming bigger.  My doctor told me to drink a cold soda & lay on my left side & just relax.
