can't move

I'm 38wks and I have the worst pain in my left hip and leg and also in my pelvis. To the point I can barely put any weight on my leg or even roll over in bed. Makes it especially fun when needing to go to the bathroom every hour :/ anybody else have this problem or have any ideas to relieve the pain? Tylenol and heating pad aren't doing any justice

Look up pelvic girdle pain. It explains how to lock your hips when getting up. Its the only thing that somewhat helps me anymore. I still cry in pain every night and my pelvis pops super loud. But it makes the pain less intense

Chiro. They are by far the best and only people to keep u functioning at this point. Things move from where they are supposed to be and a chiro will help keep your body fit and moving

It's most likely due to round ligament pain.. The ligaments in ur pelvis are stretching and preparing for delivery. I've had this with my last 2 pregnancies as well as with my current pregnancy. Sometimes it "paralyzes" me and I'm locked in that position until it subsides. You have to move slowly and carefully. Especially in the middle of the night because ur body has been at rest. It's normal and common to have round ligament pain during pregnancy. I hope this helps.. Good luck :-)

I'd love to know too!! I've been getting that pain for a few weeks now and as baby is getting bigger its getting worse. I'm just behind you at 37+4weeks. Its brutal!!
I do the heating pad and Tylenol and it barely helps. Ialso have this little hand held massager thing we got at the drugstore. Kind of looks like a spaceship with feet that vibrates. I get my husband to really massage into my hip and tailbone with it. It helps and feels good while he does it but unfortunately it doesn't relieve the pain long term :-(
I honestly think the only relief will be getting this little baby out!!
Good luck hun
