Energy drinks usually have too much caffeine in them. A regular cup of coffee, tea, or soda should be fine but I would steer clear of energy drinks.

I went to the nutritionist to get informed on what should I eat or drink and what should I not and she told,me that pregnaby women can only drink up to 200mg of caffeine which will equal to one cup of coffee.
