no water all day

This is probably a silly question but here goes. How horrible is it I have only drank about 1/2 a bottle of water today? I usually drink about 4-5 water bottles through the day, but I have a horrible cold (stuffy nose and sore throat) water is making me gag! All I've  drank is a hot cup of tea with lemon and honey and ice cold ginger ale-feels so good on my throat.

Lol, thanks for all your input. No stretch marks here! Mio or anything else to.flavor my water is out-yucky and in don't eat or drink anything artificial. I did have watermelon and turkey lettuce wraps for lunch. I.understand the importance of water and know that I'm not dehydrated. I guess I just wondered because water is usually the only thing I drink , but this Ginger ale on ice tastes sooooo good and feels so nice on my throat.

If you need some incentive to push yourself, Ive been told that the more water you drink the more elastic your skin is and you are less likely to get tons of stretch marks.

Well, I think it does matter...especially cause your sick I was always told to drink more fluid when sick. Every time I go to vist my obgyn she always asking me drinking plenty of water.... Plus you dont want to dehydrated,  that can happen pretty quick too. Hope you start feeling better though. But I would drink plenty of water:)

It can causr cramping and constipation if you dibt drink enough, but tea is water anyway so if your able to stomache that, uts definitely better than nothing at all. Try watermelon and other fruits and veg to up your intake until you are feeling better
