I drank coffee with my first 2 pregnancys but not this time I smell of coffee makes me so sick (btw I was a complete coffee addict) so I no longer do. I do have coke zero though and that contains caffeine.
I drink 2 sometimes 3 cans of soda a day....
I drink soda still not everyday but probably close enough lol and as for coffee I only drink decaf but thats cuz the caffeine upsets my stomach.
I don't think to drink some soda or/and coffee will affect anything. Moderation and thats it.
Coffe is ok every morning but thats it. No more caffiene throughout the day. Too much caffeine can make the baby become very hyperactive. According to my doctor.
I drink a cup a day, it was a huge adjustment for me going from 5-6 cups a day to 1. Caffeine withdrawal was horrible! Lol
I was a complete coffee addict pre pregnancy, but now I limit it to no more than two cups of coffee a day, and sometimes I don't drink it at all. Also, I have a few Dr. Peppers a week
My doctor said try to limit to 2 cups a day max. Or 1 can or soda 1 cup of coffee
Yes. I drink pop every day. Moderation is everything.
I will drunk either 2 cups of coffee a day or a bottle of mountain dew but no more then that.
My ob actually advised me to drink a couple cups of coffee in the mornings tto help relieve my headacges... just not coffees from coffee shops with extra shots and stuff...
I don't drink anything with caffeine from things I've read it's not good for the baby so I didn't want to take any chances
I still drink coffee. My doctor said it's one of those lifestyle decisions. While a small amount of coffee won't hurt you or the baby a lot or additional espresso shots is not good. I believe the recommendation is no more than 200 MG of caffeine. A 20 oz. Cooker only had like 30 and a cup of coffee is like 70 ? Those numbers are just off the top of my head from what I can recall.
0 caffeine during first trimester but after that I drink between half a cup and a whole cup of coffee on most days. Always less than 100 mg total. I also eat chocolate pretty much every day so that easily adds another 25 mg or so for an ounce.
I had a coffee aversion the first trimester. Only in the middle of the 2nd did I start to drink coffee again. Since then I drink one or sometimes two a day, or every other day. Baby is growing great. Due in 2 weeks.
We can say it is a life style!
I love my one cup a day! It would be so hard having energy for my other two and being pregnant. Plus its a good defense against headaches.
