I agree with going on all fours for a while, it helps me a lot. It's even better if I rotate my hips while I do it too. It seems to calm/move her so the kicks go down and she stops
Oh yikes I'm 27 weeks on Friday and just these past couple days I notice his kicks feel a lot stronger lol
I'm 29 weeks but I think most of why it hurts is because she's already taking up my whole torso already
How far along are you? I'm curious to when the kicks will start hurting lol

Poor baby I though my baby was killing me with all the rib kicks and I feel him kick my pelvic bone but it sounds like your going through a lot the sad part is I have no real good advice to give
Get on all 4s and let ur tummy hang it helps
