Does anyone have any suggestions or secrets on getting comfortable when you are pregnant? Like for rib pain or back pain. Hip pain. And hip and leg stretches that actually work?
We just got a 4" memory foam matress topper from wal mart for $109 its the best thing ever. Relieved all my pains
More thinking of baby in my dang ribs he usually moves if i put pressure on him
Get a pregnancy pillow!! I didn't get one til my 2nd trimester and I wish I would have gotten one right away. Pillow goes under ur head behind ur back and between ur legs. Helps with hip pain.
