I'm the same way.  27 weeks. Carry a bottle of water with me at all times since the beginning

Since I got pregnant, I became soooo  thirsty. I don't have gestational diabetics, so it's normal.

Every 2 hours isn't often. I have water with me at all times and I go through 2 cases of water a week. If you are worried or concerned talk to your doctor. When you are pregnant it is easy to become dehydrated there is no need to jump to worst case scenarios.

Tho it is good to tell your doctor I also had this happen. I am on my second baby and this time around at weeks 6 and 7 I was every hungry and thirsty. I drank much more than normal but for me it did not last.

I would run it by your doctor coz constant thirst is a sign of diabetes so no harm getting it checked out
