I started having issues when my belly got really big and would get hot. We have a nice gas stove and I now get to stand back while cooking.
I cook dinner everyday at 23.5 weeks. Sometimes, standing for too long hurts, so I sit or kneel on a stool. Other than that, no problems. I sure hope my belly doesn't get in the way! Lol I like cooking nice, homemade dinners.
My husband has taken over cooking responsibilities because of my dizzy spells. If I get to warm, I almost fall over. Uuuuuugh. Luckily, hubby to the rescue. :-)
I do most of the cooking for our family at 34 weeks and with my first i cooked right up till he was born
Try cooking when your seven months pregnant its gets worse lol
And when your having Braxton hicks contractions try cooking then its not fun lol
The worst is hot flashes when cooking! Horrible
Im lucky, I cook almost every day, often twice. I love cooking though. I find I'm OK doing stuff that's mostly standing still and with limited movement like cooking. I only have trouble doing things like mopping, stretching, bending, reaching down to empty the dryer, scrubbing the bathroom, things like that which are a lot more movement. They do make me real, tired real quick. 8 mo here.
No kidding! The crock pot is my bestie these days. I throw some food in there and a pretty good meal comes out of it a few hours later. Love it!
Thank you lady's I do have help every now and then but I love cooking
