Hello ladies, okay so I just had an argument with my husband and I started cramping. I wanted to know if it's normal to be cramping after an argument.... Thank you!!

How far along are you? I personally feel like its normal, that stress can do alot to your body and when my husband and I argued it happened to me. With my first I got in a huge fight with my sister and right after my water broke. I was 39w5d though so I was excited but I always wondered if that triggered it because then I had to get induced because I never dilated after that.

@chloebirdie15 I'm 23 weeks pregnant... And well hopefully it's normal because I was having braxton hicks with it...

I think it can. The other day I was watching a very emotional movie, I was crying, and my tummy started cramping and I was having contractions....and they were fading away when I started to relax. If a movie can do that, an argument with your parter or a friend can definitely do it.

Yes it is. Stress can cause contractions and everything you feel the baby feels. Just try to stay as calm as possible. I recently went thru this myself. I called down as best I could, drank lots of water and rested. Then the contractions stopped.

I meant to say I calmed down as best I could. Lol. I also ended up loosing my mucus plug. Not sure if stress or contractions had anything to do with that but it came out in one big buggery glob.

With my first baby I had a big argument with my dads partner and got very stressed and less than 12 hours later my waters broke. I was 38 weeks at the time though.
