Going home ;-)

I'm so excited! This time tomorrow I'll be on a plane home to Australia to visit my family.  I'm 14 weeks & we've told family & close friends but no one else so I can't wait to tell people. My sisters are throwing me an early baby shower & most girls coming think it's just a catch up ;-) I can't wait to squish my family. The only downside is the 21 hour flight, any advice? I normally take sleeping tablets so that's a no no. I'm glad I'm not to fat yet. Yippee :-) :-)

Thanks ladies I'm so glad I posted I didn't think there was anything I could take. Unisom it is then. I do have the socks so I'll wear those as well & try to walk around as much as I can. I can't wait to get home :')

O wow, that's exciting. I'm all too familiar with long flights. I flew back from southeast Asia this past Jan. I had Unisom and Benadryl, but luckily the fatigue was still there to put me out, so I didn't need the extra help. I was 13 weeks at the time. I hope you have a safe flight and enjoy the time with your family.

You can take Unisom. Wear compression hose and make sure to walk every 2 hours. Some docs even recommend taking a baby aspirin. Talk to your doc about leg clots (DVT/PE) prevention.
