Sea bands and b natural and small more frequent meals
I chewed on ice chips a lot. Mine got so severe though I couldnt even be in a car without getting sick. If it is really bad talk to your dr they can give you a prescription. Zofran was my miracle cure.
Lemon with water.
Ginger.
Ginger tablets, peppermint: gum, mints, essential oil in your water.
Vitamin B6. 100mg a day. Has helped alot. I still have some nausea, but hardly ever vomit now. Take it with a meal or it will make you more nauseated! Also, it took about 3 days to fully start working.
Eat even tho ur nauseated! That's why your nauseous, its because you are hungry. I would suggest eating before you feel sick and I try and eat soup sometimes textures can make me feel even sicker so I drink the broth.
Good luck <3
Thanks ladies. I've been drinking a lot of water and eating banana's. I just hate that its stops me from eating when im hungry
I am 9 weeks pregnant and have really struglled for the last 4 weeks with nausea and vomiting. I find that eating small meals and never letting my stomach get empty helps keep the nausea at bay. If I do still get nauseous but I need to eat, I have found fruit to be very helpful, especially grapes. Usually once I get a little fruit down my nausea dissipates and my appetite increases. I also eat as soon as I wake up, usually a cup of applesauce, which keeps me going til I can have a more substantial breakfast.
nausea, That's all for nausea and vomiting during The day, for morning sickness,
Hot water with lemon, saltine crackers, papaya enzyme tablets, peppermint tea, aloe Vera gel tablets, vitamin b6, and lemon candies,
This is all from a paper my own dr gave me
I use peppermint oil. I put a few drops in my scentsy around the house & keep peppermint candies on me at all times. For some reason it works.

I can't even talk without the sensation I'm going to throw up.
