Im having horrible hip pain.. how did u ladiez handle having sciatica!?? I cry alot cuz of the pain :-(

Ice packs, heat packs and Tylenol

Ice pack helps if there's inflammation.  But heat feels so good! I usually put a heating pad for relief then I stretch as best as I can then ice it. And repeat!     : )

My doctor told me it's safe to take Tylenol. I take one when it gets really bad but mostly all you can do is try warm compress and finding a comfortable position. Good luck momma it's not fun and painful
