Whenever I feel down, I go for a walk or listen to music. I've never watched so much animated cartoon movies in my life before! Go Disney, a little cheesy but it always makes my tears go away.
I am easily worried as a ftm here, so everytime I get stressed I look at our ultrasound pictures & think about him/her moving around in there! Also, good happy music & talking to someone supportive helps. My dog & two cats also do a good job of keeping my mind off the negative.
Pray, call a friend, listen to upbeat music, or take a walk.
