It can be an early sign of pre eclampsia. I was induced at 37 weeks bc of pre eclampsia. My bp was slighty elevated and i had protein in my urine. Just keep an eye on your bp. Those were my only signs of pre eclampsia.

It means kidneys showing very minor stress. Make sure to keep up with lots of water, light exercise, and good nutrition and keep your feet elevated when you can :) Your Dr would have said if he was concerned

You don't meet the criteria for preeclampsia. Not on BP meds, right?

Think they said just slight protein and blood pressure was fine

Depends on the amount of protein and your blood pressure. The amount of protein should be compared to earlier prenatal labs.

Im pretty sure this means you have slight preeclampsia. Your dr should tell you. And possibly bed rest until birth.
