eating healthy

I used to eat healthy before I got pregnant but ever since I've gotten pregnant the sight of fruits and veggies make me so sick feeling. Any advice on how to eat better?

First trimester you have to just eat what you can. Carbs were all i could do to not feel sick, i did well with a few smoothies on days when i felt a bit better. You can make sure you are eating whole/multi grains that is a little healthier. Also try fruits that are easier on the stomach like bananas or unsweeted apple sauce. Roasted carrots or sweet potatoes are good too.
But a big kale or spinach salad just won't be in the cards for awhile

You could try smoothies... If there is even one fruit you can stand you could put that in the most to cover the other flavors
