You could try smoothies... If there is even one fruit you can stand you could put that in the most to cover the other flavors

Smoothies help, but don't worry this feeling won't last.
First trimester you have to just eat what you can. Carbs were all i could do to not feel sick, i did well with a few smoothies on days when i felt a bit better. You can make sure you are eating whole/multi grains that is a little healthier. Also try fruits that are easier on the stomach like bananas or unsweeted apple sauce. Roasted carrots or sweet potatoes are good too.
But a big kale or spinach salad just won't be in the cards for awhile
