Stay hydrated and start increasing your fiber intake. Eat more fruits or or dried fruit or oatmeal. Also you can do a fiber supplement, like Metamucil it actually tastes pretty good and give you an extra glass of water a day! You can even take it twice a day. It has really helped.
The fiber gummies or bars don't do jack squat. I've had digestive issues for years, my doc calls the "fiber one" bars "Fiber None" bars. The supplements you drink really do work wonders.
