I'm torn between cars/trucks, super heroes or space themed ideas.

I found a magnetic type paint where you can make a race track on the walls.

What is everyone doing in their nursery?

Nursery is sports themed! My husband is a huge sport fan... so it works for us! :-) for your ideas, I think the trucks and cars is awesome. I almost changed my theme to that with this boy, but why buy all new when what I have works!

I'm painting the room a cream colour (same as my daughters room) & we will get decals and canvass when baby is going to start sleeping in the room of what ever baby's into.

My daughters room is cream with different canvass prints she chose and she has a fairy door with all the decorations on her skirtin board (look up irish fairy door company) , she wants monkey decals for her walls.

I think something neutral is always lovely, like a zoo or enchanted forest. But this is coming from a perspective that we socialise children from birth to be either butch masculine (trucks, robots) or girly feminine (princesses, fairies). Something neutral creates an environment where they can find their own likes and identity :-)

I'm not sure what I'm having yet, but the nursery will be painted green and the theme will be the very hungry Caterpillar

That magnetic paint will be awesome! I've seen the chalkboard paint too. I'm also having a boy. Noooo idea what theme I'm gonna do.
