Are these contractions??
Ok so for a couple days I've had a lot of pressure down there, but it comes and goes, and when it comes it cramps too, especially while walking, and I usually have to stop walking when it happens, is this contractions or something else? Im a ftm so I don't know!
If they dont get stronger and stop when you change what you are doing like walking they might be braxton hicks.
O and I'll be 34 weeks tomorrow
