Due tomorrow and just starting EPO
Has anyone else started taking Evening Primrose Oil this late? I havent started it before now because I wanted to let ny body do its thing without any help from me but I got discouraging news at my 40week appointment today and immediately went and got some to start today. I inserted one 1000mg already and will do another before bed. Here's to hoping this really does help my cervix along! (:
Evening Primrose Oil, its a capsul that can be taken orally or inserted vaginally and is supposed to help soften the cerxix. Some start it at 36 weeks and swear by it. I just started today but I am feeling good avout it, I had some pains earlier that felt like progress (;
